Loading

For beginners, loading remains one of the most important aspects of the beginner game. What loading involves is the shifting of weight from the right side to the left side and back again (and vice versa)

A common load principle involves the following drill: lead hand to rear to lead.
Or (cross loads the weight for the rear straight cross that when delivered shifts weight so that body weight will be in position for the next hook)

Without a shift in bidy weight, the punches become pure arm strength with have no real ability to deliver any damage.

Now, the concept of loading is not always a means of teaching you how to fight as much as it is a means of teaching principles of applications
