The Arm Wrench
The arm wrench is not a move that is found in boxing. It is a move that comes from a number of old Southern Kung Fu systems and a few Southeast Asian arts. Yes, a few of my readers are shaking their head at this nod to some older, traditional martial arts systems, but bear with me. The arm wrench is a fairly simple move to put together as it requires timing.
The move is a little difficult to explain but is is usually performed as a split entry counter to a punch where your arms converge in a wrenching motion against the punching arm hyperextending the elbow. Ouch. Yup, ouch is right
