Beware of Used Items

It is not secret that boxing gloves, bags, et al can cost quite a bit of money. So, we all try to cut costs where we can. Often, this can be done by purchasing used equipment and there is nothing wrong with that if the used items are in top condition. When they are in disrepair, however, they can prove quit dangerous. Yes, you read that correctly...dangerous!

Remember, the purpose of boxing gloves is to protect your hand from injury. If you are using an inferior pair of gloves then you run the risk of doing extreme harm to your hand. That is, you may end up breaking it. Needless to say, this is something you want to avoid so rather than risk an injury it may be best to stick with new items unless you are absolutely sure that the used equipment you are purchasing is top of the line and in good condition.
