Working the Double End Bag

Yes, I could spend a lot of text (well, electronic blips on a screen) describing the uses of a double end bag but without a clear visual image it becomes a little difficult to do that. So, what I have done is I have added a video of someone working the double end bag. Of course, this guy knows what he is doing and if you can't work the bag as well as he can...don't worry. If you are diligent in the time you put in on the double end bag you will develop a solid amount of skill on it as well.
