Taking it easy

While there is a ton of information out there that says people whould always train hard, the reality is that it is equally important to take it a lot easier. How so, you ask? How can you become a really good boxeror martial artist it you are not training super hard all the time? Because if you train hard all the time, then you runthe risk of suffering a fairly bad injury. If you get injured, you go on the shelf. When you take time off for an injury and return, you will return at a level below your normal optimal performace. Then, you have to crawl up the mountain once again to get to where you once were. Also, there is the risk that you may not reach your prior peak performamce EVER if the injury is serious enough.

So, you can pretty tell that it is super important to avoid training so hard that you hurt yourself. Ofen, taking it easier will result in increasing your performance because you will not have the brutal injuries so common with training to hard. So play soft and play safe!
