Doing the minimum
No, this is not a condemnation of doing the least during your lesson (although doing the least is hardly the way in which a person will be able to improve), it is, however, a means of putting you all on notice with the following edict: doing something, not matter how minimal, is always better than doing zero.
If you are pressed for time, tired out, etc and do not have the time to work out...well, you have deluded yourself. You surely have time for hitting the bag with a jab ten times or doing 5 push-ups or ten minutes of walking.
It may not seem like a lot and, honestly, it isn't a lot. But it is SOMETHING and that counts towards developing a stronger, healthier and more skilled combat athlete.
