Private Lessons

There are basically three ways you can learn how to box: group classes, semi-privates and private lessons. (Yes, you could attempt the fourth method which is self teaching, but this is not an advisable method to undertake. In fact, it is highly NOT advised)

While most people take group classes, many others will opt for private lessons. Regardless of how one trains, if you are serious about learning the art and science of boxing, you will need to take part in some private lessons.

Why? I'm glad you asked.

At some point, you need to work on fine motor skills as well as specific strengths and attributes that are unique to you and you alone. It would be next to impossible to achieve these results in a busy group class environment so investing a little time and money in private lessons will greatly enhance your ability to learn quickly and effectively. So give it a shot!
