Group Classes
For a while now, I have been debating whether or not to abandon all group class training. (Actually, I am only attending one group class a week)
There are a number of reasons for my desire to eliminate group lessons and train exclusively on a private or semi-private basis. However, I seemingly do not feel completely comfortable abandoning all group classes because, after all, I spent close to a decade training in group settings.
But....therein lies the problem....when a person who has a decade's worth of experience jumps into a class with people who have very little experience, the ability to cohesively train is compromised.
This has become my main concern and problem.
