Cross vs a Round kick
If there ever was a major way of defeating a round kick it would be the proper utilization of a cross. There are three basic ways the cross can be used:
Interception : This is when you punch the person at the very beginning point where they go to throw the kick.
After a cover - This would occur after a successful defense of the kick using a cover. (Actually, you could do it after any type of defense.)
After the hit - Basically, the kick lands and you get hammered...and then you immediately fire a cross in retaliation.
Essentially, anytime an opponent throws a round kick the opponent can end up being nailed by a cross so use this to your advantage
