Making Training More Interesting

If you have been showing up to your group classes for months and months on end there comes a time when monotony can sink in. This is common place when the lessons are somewhat similar week after week and, face it, in the traditional group class it is extremely rare that there will be much of a shake up in terms of the week to week material. So, this can lead to the question as to how one can shake up the training so as not to make it overly boring. There are a number of methods in which one can improve the classroom environment and one such method would be to switch leads. Yes, it sounds like only a minute change and, to a great extent, it is just a minute change. But, the difference between the methods of striking from a right lead vs a left lead are fairly significant. So, try a different lead now and then and see if it shakes your training up.
