Side Note on Switching Leads

Here is an addition to the previous post: when it comes to switching leads in a group class you may have to contend with a training partner who may not be able to accommodate a person who has a different lead. If this is the case, don't try to impose you different lead on a training partner. Instead, it becomes best to go with the flow with your partner and work your different lead on the heavy bag. This is particular true when training with beginners as it is impossible to get a beginner to perform at an experience level that is beyond their abilities
